Working with a partner, an agent team, or a small crew? Add a Team to your Intelligence plan or higher and share one Workspace: the same pipeline, lists, notes, tasks, and files, with a role for everyone. Your Team starts at $49/month and includes you plus one more member.

- One shared Workspace. Everyone sees the same pipeline, status, notes, tasks, and files for each property.
- A role for everyone. Owner, Manager, Contributor, or Viewer, so people can do what they need and nothing more.
- Shared lists and searches. Build lists and Smart Lists once and work from them together.
- Growth that doesn’t punish you. A larger team costs a flat step up, so the sixth member costs the same as the fifth.
The Team add-on is billed on top of the plan price. Limits for lists, Workspace properties, files, and exports are shared across the whole Team.

Pricing questions
Is Explorer really free?
Yes. Explorer is free forever and doesn't require a credit card. You can search properties, view property snapshots, and use a Workspace to track up to 25 properties.
What do I get with Researcher?
Researcher adds ownership details, mailing addresses, and full deed, mortgage, and tax history, plus higher limits for lists, saved searches, Workspace properties, and exports. Intelligence builds on that with opportunity signals and alerts.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you move to a lower plan or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you manage it from the billing portal in Settings.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your records aren't deleted. Items above your new plan's limits are locked rather than removed, and they become available again if you upgrade.

Jasper County and Newton County, Missouri.
What do I get with Intelligence?
Intelligence adds an Opportunity Score and AI Property Brief for each property, Suggested Focus to show which of your properties deserve attention today, email alerts on properties you track, and Smart Lists, along with higher limits across the board. Its AI-generated content can contain mistakes, so treat it as a starting point and do your own due diligence.
Can I add teammates?
Yes. Teams are an add-on for Intelligence and higher, starting at $49/month for you plus one more member, with larger sizes up to 20 members. Everyone shares one Workspace, and each person gets a role: Owner, Manager, Contributor, or Viewer.
